Steps to Success

The purpose of your first meeting is to understand your why. We want a deep understanding of your position and objectives, and how we can add value to your financial landscape. We’ll ask plenty of questions, and we’re sure you’ll have some too. If we believe we can add value to your financial landscape we will explain how.

At your instruction, here is where we’ll begin working on the development of your long-term financial blueprint, or Statement of Advice. Your situation is unique, and so is the advice we prepare. Your Statement of Advice includes the strategic planning requirements and recommendations for how your funds should be invested in order to meet your goals. This typically takes our team ten business days.

Once your Statement of Advice has been prepared, it is presented and provided to you, typically in person — but it can be virtual if you would prefer. Our advice process and presentation will never have a 'cookie-cutter' approach or 'system generated' recommendation for how you achieve your goals. Every strategy and recommended will be unique to you and your individual objectives.

Upon advice acceptance, our team will immediately begin work. Here's where we put our words to action. You will be introduced to your dedicated Client Services Manager (CSM) who will lead your implementation. Our sole interest is in developing a valued, long-term relationship with you. We are not focused on short-term rewards or transaction fees. Therefore; we do not charge to implement your advice. Once your implementation is complete, your Adviser will make a time to meet and review your strategy and experience to date. We welcome your feedback, good, bad, or indifferent. It is what makes us all better.

We are always on call to provide rational guidance. There are no additional costs, it's all part of the service. To make sure we’re always on the same page, you and your Adviser will agree on an ongoing review regime. During the early stages of our partnership, you may like to meet more often, but as comfort levels increase, we find our clients enjoy meeting once or twice a year.

With all investments made and advice implemented, sit back and relax, knowing you are in safe hands. Complete access and transparency to your investments and portfolio at all times via our secure online portal, providing daily balances and performance data.
